Position Overview

POWERGROUP Resources, on behalf of our client Spring Creek Quail Farms, is seeking a motivated and personable Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact with grocery store partners and customers, driving sales through proactive outreach and responsive customer support. You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring smooth communication between our company, distributors, and the sales team.

What we need from you:

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred

  • Strong verbal communication with a friendly, confident phone presence

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or in an office environment

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Competence in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Valid G driver’s license

What you will do:

  • Make outbound sales calls to grocery stores from a provided list, gathering contact information for order follow-ups

  • Support inbound inquiries from potential and existing customers

  • Communicate with distributors to share daily orders and updates

  • Collaborate with Sales team to review product availability and discuss market trends observed

  • Report weekly call activity to Sales Manager

Founded in 2002, our small but mighty farm has grown to become one of the largest producers of quail eggs in North America. Our all-natural eggs are laid by healthy and happy hens, with no antibiotics or hormones.

We believe quail are a healthier, happier bird than chickens — and their eggs should be available to more people. Today, Spring Creek Quail Farms ships millions of fresh quail eggs to hundreds of local supermarkets across Canada and the United States. In addition, we are a producer of pickled quail eggs and fresh quail meat.
