Baked Avocado Quail Eggs

This simple recipe is perfect for breakfast or as a savoury snack!

    • 1 When ready to eat, spoon out quail eggs and marinade into a serving bowl and garnish with some roasted sesame seeds.
    • 2 quail eggs
    • Sea salt
    • Optional toppings: red pepper flakes, green onion, basil, etc.



Preheat oven to 425°F.


Slice avocado lengthwise and remove pit.


Gently crack one quail egg into each half of the avocado.


In an oven-safe dish, place the avocado & eggs in the oven and set the timer for 12 minutes.


Once cooked, sprinkle with sea salt & any other toppings your heart desires and ENJOY!
