Ingredients
- 4–6" wooden skewers
- 1 jar Spring Creek Pickled quail eggs
- 2 cups bell pepper, roughly chopped
- 2 cups cucumber, chopped into small rounds
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup cubed cheddar
- 100–150g sliced cured meat (any kind you like)
